Researcher who saw stressed 2020 oil market is more worried now
Oil analyst Martin Tallett projects that the world will need 2.3 million barrels more per day by 2020 when the new IMO sulfur cap for shipping comes into effect. "We don't believe the refining industry can produce all of the fuels that would be needed to achieve 100 percent compliance," he says.
