V.Group nabs former Zeaborn exec for Hamburg

V.Group has employed Nils Aden, an executive who left another major German ship manager at the turn of the year, to serve as managing director of its Hamburg department. He will play a significant role in integrating a new acquisition.

V. Ships Germany, V.Group's company in Hamburg, has appointed a new executive, Nils Aden, to the role of managing director. At the turn of the year, Aden stepped down from his position as CEO to pave the way for another German major player Zeaborn Ship Management.

Together with the other and ongoing CEO, Holger Strack, he performed an important role integrating the two German ship management companies, E.R. Schiffahrt and Rickmers ship management, which in spring last year were gathered under Zeaborn Ship Management.
