CEO tried to lure customers to new business after bankruptcy

Just one day after marine insurance company P&I Scandinavia filed for bankruptcy, the CEO asked the company's customers to move with him to a new company. The trustees believe that he has broken the law.

One day after the Danish subsidiary was declared bankrupt, the CEO of marine insurance company P&I Scandinavia tried to take old customers with him to a newly established company.

In an email to his clients, CEO Karl Erik Presterud said that the company had changed its name to Nordic P&I, but that everything would otherwise continue as normal.
