Endofa enters settlement closing two-year old case

A court case lasting more than two years, in which Endofa demanded money from a Mexican shipping group for unpaid oil, has ended with a settlement, show legal documents read by ShippingWatch.

Danish bunker company Endofa has entered a settlement with a shipowner in a case extending back more than two years.

In May 2017, Endofa filed a lawsuit against Mexican Canega Group, which owns a series of shipping companies around the world.
