Shipyard and US investor settle rig dispute

Shipyard Modern American Recycling Services and US investor Tom Clarke have settled in a case about two decommissioned rigs that have been lying still for some time now. The rigs were arrested by the investor last year.

Modern American Recycling Services (MARS) and a discontented US investor have agreed to drop a dispute about two rigs.

For nearly a year, MARS and US investor Tom Clarke have fought over two decommissioned rigs due for scrapping at MARS' newly opened yard in Frederikshavn, Northern Denmark.
