DIV Group to acquire Norwegian yard Kleven

A Croatian industrial group has agreed with ferry operator Hurtigruten to acquire yard Kleven Verft. This happens shortly after the yard's CFO told Norwegian media that the company was about to get a new owner.

Shipbuilder Kleven Verft now has more news after its CFO told Dagens Næringsliv a few days ago that the yard was close to getting new owners.

Kleven says in a press release Monday that Croatian industrial group DIV Group has agreed to buy the yard from its current owner, ferry operator Hurtigruten.
