Chinese oil major is the largest bunker supplier in Singapore

A Chinese bunker firm is now the biggest supplier of ship fuel in Singapore, shows a new list. Maersk company seems to have solidified top-ten ranking.

Chinese oil giant Petrochina has taken the spot as the largest bunker supplier in the world's biggest bunkering port, Singapore, according to a list of the largest bunker suppliers in the port during 2019 measured by volumes, published by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA).

Petrochina, part of China's largest oil and gas company, China National Petroleum Corp., was the second-largest supplier in the port during 2018 after Ocean Bunkering Services.
