Altor and Deloitte want court to reject large claim in OW Bunker case

Altor and two of the fund's partners along with accounting firm Deloitte want court to reject a claim of nearly USD 120 million from the OW Bunker bankruptcy estate, reports business daily Børsen.

Private equity firm Altor and its partners Søren Johansen and Petter Samlin, along with accounting firm Deloitte, want a court to reject a claim totaling DKK 800 million (USD 119.3 million), which the OW Bunker bankruptcy estate has filed against them through Denmark's Eastern High Court.
