Bunker One takes over Monjasa's Skagen oil terminal

Monjasa has struck a deal with Bunker One entailing that the Bunker Holding subsidiary will take over an oil terminal in Northern Denmark. Monjasa will instead increase its focus on the UK and France.

Bunker One, the physical business leg of parent company Bunker Holding, will take over an oil terminal situated in Skagen, Northern Denmark, from Monjasa, the former writes in a statement.

"We have had a very positive dialogue and process with Monjasa about taking over the very well-run terminal in Skagen and we are proud of closing a deal that benefits all parties," says Carsten Klausen, managing director of Bunker One, in the statement.
