Banking major HSBC sues the Lim family for USD 85.3 million for alleged fraud in scandal-stricken bunker company Hin Leong, writes Straits Times.

In the lawsuit, HSBC claims that the Lim family forged paper work to obtain a loan and therefore demands USD 85.3 million from the family, show court documents, according to Straits Times.
