Owner of Minerva Bunkering buys majority of supplier in large deal

Swiss-based commodity trader Mercuria strengthens its role in the energy transition with an acquisition of company Beyond6, which suppliers alternative fuels, in a transaction worth USD 169 million, says the company in a press release.
