Rolls-Royce sells engine supplier Bergen Engines

After an extended period on the market, Rolls-Royce sells Norwegian engine supplier Bergen Engines to UK engineering group Langley Holdings.

Norwegian Bergen Engines, supplier of engines to the offshore industry, has been sold to UK engineering group Langley Holdings.

The sale includes the engine factory, service workshop, foundry and roughly 900 employees at a price of GBP 63 million (USD 87.75 million), according to a press release from seller Rolls-Royce.
