Torben Østergaard-Nielsen to testify in Dan-Bunkering case
Oil billionaire Torben Østergaard-Nielsen, founder and owner of the USTC group, has been called to testify in the Dan-Bunkering criminal case. The state prosecutor has drawn up a long list of questions for the examination of witnesses and the defendants, including the CEO of Bunker Holding. Tuesday, the case was suspended due to doubts raised regarding impartiality.
