Court rejects sending Dan-Bunkering case to EU for interpretation
The Dan-Bunkering case will continue at the Court of Odense in Denmark without the EU Court of Justice interpreting the use of the "Syria regulation" in the ongoing criminal case, as ruled by the court today. But an EU dispute could come up in a potential appeal case.

The criminal case involving Dan-Bunkering's alleged illegal sale of 172,000 tonnes of jet fuel to the Russian military in sanctioned Syria continues unhindered at the Court of Odense, Southern Denmark.
