Bunker Holding CEO Keld R. Demant and companies Bunker Holding and Dan-Bunkering have decided to accept their sentences in the Dan-Bunkering case. Demant continues as CEO.

The convicted parties in the Dan-Bunkering case – Bunker Holding Chief Executive Keld R. Demant and companies Bunker Holding and Dan-Bunkering – will not appeal the sentences passed by the District Court of Odense, Southern Denmark.
