Supreme Court of Denmark rejects major claim in OW Bunker bankruptcy estate

Insolvency administrator of the bankruptcy estate of OW Bunker has tried to have a claim against private equity group Altor and accounting firm Deloitte raised by USD 146m. This has been rejected by the Supreme Court of Denmark.

Tidying-up after the listed bunker firm OW Bunker, which went bankrupt in November 2014 with a massive debt, continues on its seventh year without a final settling of the estate and the bill.
