Desmi founder on selling life's work: "A company of a certain age, you can't own forever"

With the sale to US private equity firm One Equity Partners, Danish pump company Desmi is now ready to accelerate growth through acquisitions, the company’s former main shareholder and current CEO, Henrik Sørensen, tells ShippingWatch.

One Equity Partners is acquiring 75% of Desmi for a price that the parties opt not to disclose.
