
Finnish engine manufacturer Wärtsilä saw progress in the second quarter on several parameters despite uncertainties as well as the war in Ukraine, which has had a particular effect on the company finances.
Wärtsilä’s revenue increased to EUR 1.4bn in Q2 against EUR 1.1bn in the same period last year. For the year’s first six months, revenue overall grew by 27% to EUR 2.6bn.
