Hempel's new CEO to continue acquisition streak – major growth to come in 2022

Coating producer Hempel, which has a large maritime business, is looking for new strategic acquisitions to double its revenue approaching 2025. The company must be number one or two within four areas, new CEO Michael Hansen tells ShippingWatch.

Even though Hempel has just appointed a new chief executive, the company’s growth strategy is intact, and the expanding coating producer plans to continue its acquisition hunt to double revenue and boost earnings ahead of 2025, newly appointed CEO Michael Hansen tells ShippingWatch in an interview.
