Expert group formed to guard Singapore against more contaminated bunker

Following the big case earlier this year about bad bunker troubling 81 ships, MPA and Singapore Shipping Association have appointed an expert group to recommendations in the beginning of 2023.

A new case of contaminated bunker sales to several hundred ships at the Port of Singapore must be avoided, and an industry expert group is thus tasked with providing recommendations in early 2023, addressing how to ensure the future quality of sold bunker at the port.
