Norwegian merger finally receives approval
Competition authorities have greenlit the merger of two ship management companies. These will now become OSM Thome, one of the largest companies in its segment.
Thome Group and OSM Maritime have received the final stamps of approval from relevant authorities, manifesting the merger between the two ship management companies.
