Dutch minister: Licensing has diminutive effect on fuel quality at Rotterdam

The license system has led to more transparency in the supply chain, but the system has not remedied problems with fuel quality, says Dutch minister of infrastructure and water management.

A new license for bunker fuel suppliers has not been sufficient in combatting issues with ship fuel quality at the Port of Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
