Hempel has sold its Russian business

Ship paint group Hempel’s factory in Russia has finally been sold off. The group had been reaching out to potential buyers since April last year.

After obtaining all relevant approvals from both Danish and Russian authorities, the marine coating group Hempel can now announce that all of the company’s activities in Russia have been discontinued.
