In the future, shipping agent Danica Maritime Services hopes to use artificial intelligence to recruit officers and enlist crew members.

Henrik Jensen had butterflies in his stomach when he left his permanent job at a ship management company in Hamburg in 2013 to start his own company, Danica Maritime Services.
