Pressure mounts on USTC owner after bankruptcy in environmental scandal

Denmark’s prime minister has harshly criticized Bunker Holding’s owner Torben Østergaard-Nielsen for letting a subsidiary go bankrupt and disclaiming responsibility.

Criticism continues to rain down on oil billionaire Torben Østergaard-Nielsen and his United Shipping and Trading Company (USTC), which owns the world’s largest bunker supplier Bunker Holding.
