Former OW Bunker exec refuses to settle: "I want the case to go to court"

OW Bunker’s former second-in-command, CFO Jane Dahl Christensen, refuses to sign a settlement and wants the case to go to court.

The collapse of OW Bunker in 2015 is now facing one of the major legal battles. A number of lawyers and pension funds are prepared to settle, but Jane Dahl Christensen, the former second-in-command of OW Bunker, rejects this. She says so in an interview with ShippingWatch.
