Norwegian authority: Clarksons has spread insider information

The shipbroker has spread insider knowledge to investor clients about a company’s share issue. However, Clarksons escapes a fine. This is the conclusion of the Norwegian FSA.

The world’s largest shipbroker Clarksons has illegally shared inside information with potential investor customers in connection with the share issue of the drilling company Borr Drilling.
