MB Shipbrokers gets majority of employees as new shareholders

The broker firm was sold shortly before the turn of the year, but the deal has been delayed to get as many employees as possible on board, says chief exec.

The ownership of the new MB Shipbrokers will be finalized in two to three weeks after a process that started at the end of December last year and was supposed to be finalized in May.
