Wärtsilä: ECA development has been surprising

January 1st is just around the corner, which means that the new regulations for ships' sulfur emissions will come into force, and Finnish supplier Wärtsilä expected that this date would bring a big boost in sales of scrubber systems for cleaning ships' emissions.
