
Bunker company Aegean Marine Petroleum, listed in New York, has taken over two ships from bankrupt OW Bunker to perform physical fuel deliveries in German ports, says Aegean in a statement.
The acquisition of the OW Bunker charter contracts will happen this month and the ships will be based in Hamburg, a port that includes the second-largest container terminal in Europe.
