Former OW executive will be extradited to Italy
A former executive from OW Bunker will be handed over to criminal prosecution in Italy, according to the Danish court Østre Landsret. The defense will seek to bring the case to the Danish Supreme Court.

A former executive from bankrupt OW Bunker will extradited for criminal prosecution in Italy, said the Danish court Østre Landsret on Monday. A Danish district court had previously ruled that an extradition would be in breach of human rights.
