Former OW Bunker exec to go before judge on Friday

The former OW Bunker executive who has been charged with participating in fraud related to a major case in Italy will go before a judge in Copenhagen on Friday.

The former OW Bunker executive, who was arrested Thursday afternoon by the Danish fraud squad (SØIK - the police department that handles special financial and international crime) following Italian authorities' suspicions that he has participated in fraud related to fictitious deliveries of bunker fuel to the Italian navy, will go before a judge in Copenhagen on Friday, the fraud squad tells ShippingWatch.
