Panama Canal gets go-ahead for new price structure

The Panama Canal authority's new proposed toll structure and loyalty program has been approved. The new structure will be effective from January 1st 2016.

Panama's government has issued final approval for a proposal from the Panama Canal authority, Autoruidad del Canal de Panamá (ACP), which will introduce a new toll structure for the canal, says administrator Jorge L. Quijano (photo) in a statement:
