The list of errors and omissions in OW Bunker's IPO prospect is so comprehensive that the key individuals at the bankrupt company, along with investment banks Carnegie and Morgan Stanley, can look forward to a massive lawsuit, reports Danish news media DR Nyheder.

This fact is clear after the lawyers' first case review has been completed and returned to the shareholders who have lost many millions dollars on their investments in the company.
