Alfa Laval's marine orderbook grew in 2015

Subcontractor Alfa Laval grew in the last quarter 2015, especially driven by exceptionally strong demand for pumping systems. But orders for environmental equipment, including ballast water management systems, declined, according to the annual report.

Swedish subcontractor Alfa Laval, which manufactures products such as pumps, ballast water management systems and scrubbers for the shipping industry, noted increases in sales as well as a growing orderbook in the group's Marine & Diesel division in 2015.
