Engine manufacturers to discuss testing scandals

Following yet another case of manipulated test results from marine engines, industry association Sea Europe considers calling an extraordinary board meeting to discuss the problem. "Reprehensible," says chairman Kjeld Dittmann about the cases in a comment to ShippingWatch.
