Authorities raid Korean shipbuilder Daewoo

The prosecution in South Korea has conducted a dawn raid at the headquarters of the already struggling Daewoo yard because of alleged irregularities in financial reports from 2013 and 2014, reports the BBC.

Struggling Korean yard, Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering (DSME), was subject to a dawn raid in which 150 officials showed up to the yard's headquarters in Seoul and to one of the facilities on island Geoje, BBC writes.
