DSV Solutions creates Asia/Pacific unit after UTi acquisition

DSV Solutions establishes an independent unit covering the Asia and Pacific region following the acquisition of UTi earlier this year. The logistics group also appoints a chief executive of the key market.

Following DSV's acquisition of major US-based logistics group UTi Worldwide earlier this year, the Asia and Pacific business volumes in unit DSV Solutions have grown to the extent that DSV has now decided to turn the region into an independent entity.
