OW executives and Altor subpoenaed by private shareholders

The shareholders' association OW Bunker-Investor is taking former owner Altor to court along with the board of directors, senior management and executives from OW Bunker.

Equity fund Altor as well as the board of directors, senior management and executives from OW Bunker can all look forward to a lawsuit from the association OW Bunker-Investor, informs the association of private shareholders in a press release after a special general assembly in the association.
