Hempel dismisses four employees connected with alleged bribery

Hempel has dismissed four employees after a legal investigation has linked them to suspected bribery taking place over the past decade and amounting to several million euros. Hempel voices its disappointment in a press release Thursday.

Danish coating manufacturer Hempel has been hit by a bribery scandal in Germany. German police stormed Hempel's German branch in August following an anonymous tip concerning suspected bribery.
