German North Sea shipyards form new alliance

Several north German repair yards by the North Sea are forming a new alliance by the name of German Dry Docks Group with the intention of optimizing utilization of their docking facilities in Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven.

Three German shipbuilders by the North Sea are establishing a new alliance from Feb. 1 2017 under the umbrella organization German Dry Docks Group, write the yards in a joint statement.
