Ramboll exits 2016 with record result

Engineering and consulting group Ramboll finished 2016 with its best ever operating profit before goodwill impairments, informs the group in its annual report Wednesday morning.

The operating profit before goodwill impairments (EBITDA) grew 27 percent to DKK 602 million, or USD 85.5 million. The operating margin came to 5.7 percent, a 1.2 percent increase, and Ramboll is now net free of debt despite having made the largest acquisition in the company's history just two years ago, it says.
