French minister to seek resolution for STX sale

Frances' Finance Minister will visit his colleague in Rome to resolve the issue of a blocked takeover bid for STX France from Italian Fincantieri. The minister hopes to resolve the issue by the end of September, reports Reuters.

The French Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire will travel to Italy later this month to address the issue of the blocked sale of shipbuilding group STX France to its competitor Ficantieri, which is owned by the Italian state.
