Boskalis secures EUR 500 million credit facility

Boskalis has landed a five-year revolving credit facility. The credit facility totals EUR 500 million and is backed by a syndicate of seven banks.

Tugboat carrier Boskalis secures a new EUR 500 million revolving credit facility, which is set to replace one expiring in August 2021.

The new agreement runs for five years until April 2025 and can be extended by one year, twice. The deal furthermore includes an option to increase the credit facility by EUR 150 million.
