Aker merges subsidiaries into one supplier

Aker Solutions and Kvaerner are now being merged into one company that will continue under the name Aker Solutions. Both companies are part of Norwegian oil group Aker.


Norwegian oil group Aker merges to of its subsidiaries into one.

In a notice to the stock exchange, the group informs that companies Aker Solutions and Kvaerner are now being merged to create a bigger and more robust supplier. Both companies supply services and technical solutions to the oil industry.
