Equinor blames DNV GL for errors aboard mega vessel

Petroleum Safety Authority Norway must now investigate the welding errors on Equinor's mega vessel and why these were not discovered sooner. According to Equinor, the fault lies with classification company DNV GL, reports media Stavanger Aftenblad.
