Cadeler lands biggest contract to date through agreement with Siemens Gamesa

Offshore wind carrier Cadeler, formerly Swire Blue Ocean, lands a major contract with Siemens Gamesa to transport and install offshore wind turbines. The contract is termed the largest in Cadeler's history.

Offshore wind carrier Cadeler reports of its largest order to date through a contract with wind turbine manufacturer Siemens Gamesa.

The Danish carrier, formerly known as Swire Blue Ocean, will handle both transport and installation of offshore wind turbines for Siemens Gamesa. The order is valued at USD 90 million and includes an option for another USD 30 million, informs a press statement Wednesday.
