A wind turbine installation vessel capsized off the coast of Guangdong in South China, according to several media outlets. See the video of the accident below.

67 people were on board the vessel, identified as Sheng Ping 001, which was working on the CGN New Energy Offshore wind construction project. The vessel tilted and began to flood.
