Offshore carrier has replaced CEO and entire board in a few weeks

Over the course of a few weeks, World Marine Offshore has undergone major changes. CEO Lars Christian Zøhner recently resigned, and the entire board of directors has been replaced, with prominent shipping profile Jesper Lok stepping down as chair. Doubts concerning the support for the strategy led the board to step aside, Lok tells ShippingWatch.
