Maersk Supply Service lands offshore wind contract in US

Equinor and BP make deal with Maersk Supply Service about installation of offshore wind turbines in the US in 2028.

Maersk Supply Service has won its second contract about installation of offshore wind turbines in the US, according to a company statement.

The wind turbines to be installed are for the Beacon Wind project, which is positioned outside the US east coast, and the customers are Equinor and BP. The work is expected to commence in 2028.
